Water museum Limassol A

 The first in its kind in Cyprus!

The building of the Museum consists of the old Lemesos Water Pumping Station (the so called “Water Machine”), next to the Water Board of Lemesos Offices, at 66, Franklin Roosevelt Avenue (opposite the LOEL winery).  The old building of the Water Pumping Station was rehabilitated and a new modern construction adjacent to the old one was built to form the first in its kind "Water Museum and Centre of Water Awareness Development".

Vrisi tou klamenou fountain

 The fountain is in the mountains of Troodos on the way to Kykkos monastery. The path was stony and so the man that was charged to clear the road (mr Klamenos) took it upon himself to built this fountain for the travelers.
